报告摘要:
His historical overview of the development of ammonia TPDexperiment to measure the solid acidity of zeolite is reviewed. Ammonia TPD iscontrolled by the equilibrium between ammonia molecules in the gas phase and onthe surface. The method to measure number and strength of the acid sites ofzeolite is precisely explained. In order to overcome the drawback of themethod, IRMS-TPD in which not only mass spec but also IR is working together toget the information of the structure of acid site is proposed. We have verydetailed information of the acid sites of zeolite using this method. Inaddition, DFT calculation supports the experimental observations.
